Can you add tests to an existing product with none?

Yes. We start with a smoke suite over the most valuable journeys, then expand coverage where the risk is highest, without slowing feature work.

Do you test mobile apps?

We test the APIs and flows mobile apps depend on, and use crash monitoring and staged rollouts to catch device-specific issues.

Is this the same as a penetration test?

No. Security regression tests check that known protections stay in place. A penetration test is a separate, specialist exercise.
