When you submit the enquiry form we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, company, country, and information about your project. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, discuss a potential engagement and keep records of our correspondence. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Service providers

Form submissions are delivered by a third-party form processing service, and the site is hosted on Cloudflare. If privacy-friendly analytics are enabled, they collect aggregated, cookie-free usage data. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Project correspondence is kept for as long as needed for the engagement and legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time. Email imlistack@gmail.com.
