ERP & Accounting Integration

Connect your ERP and accounting software to the rest of the business

Stop typing the same orders, stock and invoices into several systems. We connect your ERP or accounting software with production, warehouse, sales and e-commerce tools, reliably and with an audit trail.

In short

What does ERP integration involve?

ERP integration connects an ERP or accounting system with other business software so that data such as customers, items, orders, stock and invoices flows automatically instead of being re-typed. ImliStack first confirms what the ERP exposes (APIs, import formats or database access), then builds a sync with validation, retries and logs so every record can be traced.

Where we usually help

  • Orders, stock or invoices are typed into more than one system
  • Your ERP works, but production, warehouse or e-commerce tools sit outside it
  • Month-end reconciliation between systems takes days
  • An earlier integration breaks silently and nobody notices for weeks

How we work

A delivery approach you can follow

Written plans, visible progress and decisions recorded as we go — so nothing depends on memory.

  1. Discover

Confirm ERP version, licence, interfaces and the data each side owns.

  2. Map

Agree fields, codes and rules, including how conflicts are resolved.

  3. Build and test

Sync with retries and logs, tested on real sample data.

  4. Run

Go live in stages with reconciliation reports and monitoring.

FAQ

ERP & Accounting Integration: common questions

Can you integrate with Sage or Xero?

In most cases, yes. Sage and Xero offer APIs for customers, items, invoices and purchase orders. What is possible depends on the product edition and plan, which we check before quoting.

Can you integrate with Tally?

Yes, in most cases. Tally supports data exchange through its integration interfaces and import formats. The approach depends on your Tally version, whether it is on a local machine or server, and which data needs to flow.

Do we need to replace our ERP to add new software?

No. Integration lets you keep the ERP for finance and compliance and add specialised production, warehouse or sales software around it.

What happens if a sync fails?

Failed records are retried, logged and reported, and reconciliation reports highlight any mismatch, so problems are fixed before month-end rather than discovered then.
