Roll and lot visibility
Stock lives in registers and spreadsheets, so nobody knows which rolls, lots or qualities are actually available.
Manufacturing & engineering
Textile manufacturing software tracks fabric from yarn and greige rolls through weaving, dyeing, processing, cutting and stitching to finished, packed goods. ImliStack builds it around how your mill or unit already works, including job-work sent to outside processors, and connects it to the accounting system you already use, such as Tally.
Start with a conversation: we discuss your requirements and recommend an approach before you commit to anything.
The problem
Stock lives in registers and spreadsheets, so nobody knows which rolls, lots or qualities are actually available.
Fabric goes out to dyers, printers and stitching contractors; tracking what came back, the shortages and the bills takes days.
Weaving, dyeing, finishing and cutting status sits in phone calls and WhatsApp messages.
Garment stock by style, size and colour is hard to count and easy to get wrong.
The same challans and invoices are typed again into the accounting software.
What we build
Not a ready-made product: we design and build the modules you need, then extend them in phases.
Roll-wise stock by quality, shade, lot and location, with an append-only ledger of every movement.
Outward and inward challans for processors, with shortage, rate and bill reconciliation.
Weaving, dyeing, printing and finishing stages per lot, updated from the shop floor.
Cutting plans, bundle tracking and contractor-wise output for garment units.
Style, size and colour matrix stock with barcode or QR labels.
Sales, purchases and stock synced with Tally or your accounting system where its interfaces allow.

Business outcomes
Typical goals for this kind of system; actual results depend on your process and are agreed during discovery.
Evidence
A multi-tenant web ERP for a textile manufacturer, delivered in phases: keyboard-first entry grids, reports and an append-only stock ledger.
A B2B website for a home-textile exporter selling bed linen to hotels, importers and retail brands worldwide.
FAQ
Yes. Outward challans record what fabric, quantity and lot went to which processor; inward entries record what came back. The software then shows pending quantities, shortages and the processor's bill against the work actually received.
Yes. A custom production and inventory system can run alongside Tally and pass sales, purchases or stock entries to it. How the sync works depends on your Tally version, what data you want to share and the access available, which we confirm during discovery.
No. ImliStack designs and builds custom software around your processes. Many clients start with one area, such as roll inventory or job-work, and extend it in phases.
Yes, but the workflows are different. Mills need roll, lot and process tracking; garment units need cutting, bundles and size-colour stock. We model the stages you actually run.
