Your goals, who the users are, what exists today (if anything), important integrations, your timeline and any constraints. Rough is fine — we will ask follow-up questions.

Will you sign an NDA before we share details?

Yes. Mention it in your enquiry and we will sign your NDA, or provide ours, before you share confidential material.

Do you take on small projects?

Yes, when they are well defined — an audit, a stabilisation sprint, an integration or an MVP. If a project is not a fit, we will say so quickly.
